4 x Full Day Sessions, 20 Hours Total, 2:1 Tuition split across four 5 hour weekday sessions. All 2:1 sessions are sold as a Block of 4 sessions (this is the price listed below) but each session is £140.00. Currently open to regular weekly/fortnightly & monthly bookings.
We’ll agree a regular time for your 2:1 session, but typically they will run 9.30am-3.30pm, (with an hour for lunch) in my upholstery workshop in Star Brewery Central Lewes.
You will be one of two students present (you don’t have to book with another person, although obviously you could arrange to do so with a pal) you will be able to leave your project on site, and then return regularly to work on your piece in my workshop, with my tuition, with tools provided and sundries to purchase at cost. We can work on traditional or modern pieces, it is suitable for beginners and returners - this is a great opportunity to work on your own piece, whilst learning from another students project, challenges and questions, still with lots of dedicated intensive teaching time.
I offer a space for learning, for using your hands, for leisure, for pleasure, for fun, for challenge, for repair and reuse, for revaluing and reimagining – I’m going to have gingernuts on site.
There is paid parking nearby, 5 minute walk from the station (1hr from London, 15 mins from Brighton) and a couple of minutes from the 28 & 29 bus route.
