Small group evening sessions, booked as a 5 week term, with a max 4 students, for a termly total of 15 Hours. Sessions will run 6.00pm-9.00pm, weekly, price below is for the whole term.
The first term starts on Monday May 11th until 15th June (no session w/c May 25th - halfterm) - I will be running two groups, one on Monday and one on Thursday.
Sessions will take place in my upholstery workshop in Star Brewery, Central Lewes.
You will be one of four students and you will be able to work on and leave your project on site, returning weekly to work on your piece in my workshop, with my tuition, with tools provided and sundries to purchase at cost. We can work on traditional or modern pieces, it is suitable for beginners and returners - this is a great opportunity to work on your own piece, whilst learning from the differing projects across the group, whilst still receiving significant personal tuition.
I offer a space for learning, for using your hands, for leisure, for pleasure, for fun, for challenge, for repair and reuse, for revaluing and reimagining – I’m going to have gingernuts on site.
There is paid parking nearby, 5 minute walk from the station (1hr from London, 15 mins from Brighton) and a couple of minutes from the 28 & 29 bus route.
